Reuben is a CPA and an attorney, and holds a law degree from Duquesne University. He makes his home in Richmond, VA with his wife and their two children.
Originally from New Jersey, Tracey attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she obtained her BA in Economics and Spanish and was then awarded a Graduate Tuition Fellowship to fully fund her MBA in Marketing, which she completed in 11 months. Before breaking into the technology industry by founding IBEX IT Business Experts in 2012, Tracey led successful sales teams at international corporations, including Learning Tree and FedEx.

Tracey enjoys serving others and giving back. She enjoys spending time with her family, assisting with her husband’s Art Gallery, and playing golf and tennis in her free time.
Clint Grimes joined Capital One as the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and Head of Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) in May of 2021. As CPO, Clint leads a team responsible for the supplier value chain which includes sourcing and supplier selection; contract negotiations; purchase order and invoice management; and delivering third party risk governance for goods and services. Partnering closely and proactively with business owners across the firm, the team seeks to maximize supplier relationships while ensuring all vendors are fully compliant with the company’s third-party management policies and procedures. He is also responsible for Capital One’s award winning Supplier Diversity program which seeks to develop and grow diverse-owned businesses.

He is a founding board member of Halcyon, an innovative non-profit that enables entrepreneurs and creatives to make a social impact. Mr. LaPrade has also represented Capital One on the Greater Washington Partnership, on behalf of Capital One’s CEO, where he is focused on making the Capital Region one of the best places to live, work, and build businesses.
Mr. LaPrade received his J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Julie Rakes is Senior Manager, Supplier Diversity at Capital One Financial Corporation. In her role, Julie is responsible for driving strategies to promote inclusion of diverse suppliers as part of Capital One’s supply base, and drive competition and innovation among suppliers. She also manages the reporting of actionable supplier diversity information to drive decision making at Capital One.

Devon Rollins serves as Vice President and Divisional Information Security Officer for Enterprise Data Machine Learning at Capital One and is an inductee into the CyberCorps Scholarship for Service Hall of Fame. Operating at petabyte scale, Devon works with executives, risk managers, and teams of developers to rigorously apply cybersecurity risk management practices to secure enterprise platforms. As a technology executive with over a decade of experience, Devon has served in progressive roles, leading intelligence and engineering teams to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber attacks. For his leadership during high stakes situations, Devon received Capital One’s coveted Circle of Excellence Award for stellar incident response.

Devon has two degrees in Computer Science from North Carolina A&T State University where he now serves on the industry advisory board. He has a second Master’s degree in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon.

Courtnee leads a team responsible for procurement and third party management activities supporting Technology, Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPX), and Non-Associate Labor (NAL).
She started with Capital One in 1998, developing operations infrastructure for new partner launches, leading sales operations for Auto Finance, and implementing third party management frameworks to support changing business and regulatory needs.
In 2014 Courtnee left Capital One to become the Operations Lead at startup FS Card Inc., where she managed the company’s credit card operations as well as the full complement of operational activities. Returning to Capital One in 2015, she led supplier management teams supporting Digital, US Card acquisitions, and US Card customer resiliency, and supported integration programs for companies or portfolios acquired by Capital One before moving into her current role.
Courtnee holds a BA in Government and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. She has also received the designation of Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM®) from the Institute for Supply Management. Courtnee lives in the Washington DC metro area with her husband Jason.
Levar M. Stoney is serving his second term as the 80th mayor of the City of Richmond and is the youngest person to hold the office. He serves as an Advisory Board member of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, where he chairs the Children, Health, and Human Services committee. He also serves as Vice President of the Democratic Mayors Association.

A product of Virginia public schools, he grew up on free and reduced lunch and was the first in his family to earn a high school diploma. Stoney began his career in public service serving, in then-Governor Mark Warner’s office. Since 2017, he increased funding for Richmond Public Schools by 58 percent, rebuilt Richmond’s roads, instituted fare-free mass transit, increased funding for affordable housing projects by 1,200 percent, increased the minimum wage for city employees from $11.66 to $20 an hour, and reduced the poverty rate by 22 percent—all while improving government efficiency, attracting nearly $1 billion in economic investment, and receving an enviable AAA municipal bond rating. Put simply, Mayor Stoney believes in Richmond. He believes in building schools, community centers, affordable housing and knocking down barriers to allow opportunities for all Richmonders.
Mayor Stoney is married to his beautiful wife, Brandy W. Stoney, who is a native Richmonder, former scientist, and local entrepreneur. Together, the two reside in Richmond’s East End and share a love of service for the city they call home. They recently welcomed a new baby girl into this world, Sunday Washington Stoney.
Beverly White is President of the BKW Transformation Group (BKW). BKW provides consulting solutions in strategy, process, technology and organizational change in business operations in support of cost and redundancy reduction and on time delivery. BKW is located in Piscataway, New Jersey. BKW is known for their ability to “Get things done, on time and within budget”. BKW operates with quality and integrity and supports AI/ML Strategy.
